At Design+Conquer, the most important thing for us is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for our clients. By allowing us to come into your home and share in your life, there are certain expectations that you as a client are entitled to:
- We will adhere to the NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals) and the BCPO® (Board of Certified Professional Organizer) Code of Ethics
- That you are ultimately responsible for determining what you keep and what you get rid of or donate. D+C will make recommendations on belongings and papers, but will never require you to dispose of any item
- That we maintain professional liability insurance
While we strive to be flexible and work with our client’s individual needs, there are certain policies which are part of each engagement:
- All sessions must be a 3 hour minimum
- Payment is due at the end of each session
- We kindly request at least 24 hour notice of cancellation
